Meet C.Scruggs
Chelsea Scruggs is a writer and producer devoted to telling authentic and impactful stories of those traditionally excluded from mainstream media. Whether on screen or stage, Chelsea is an artist in her own right dedicated to bringing her audience along in the human experience.
Chelsea's fascination with human behavior, culture, and linguistics is reflected in her work when developing stories and characters. She's constantly questioning "why people do the things they do," which helps build a strong story structure and complex yet fascinating characters. Her passion and commitment to having her audience experience an array of emotions when watching her productions is her definition of good storytelling.
Currently serving as the Multimedia Content Producer for Temple University's Television Network, Chelsea's background in media academia has encouraged her to offer her resources, knowledge, and experience to filmmakers and artists interested in putting their ideas onto the big screen or stage. Being an indie filmmaker is hard, but not impossible. Let us show you how it's done.
